Infrared (IR)
Infrared (IR) radiation, also called infrared light, is electromagnetic radiation (EMR) whose wavelengths are longer than those of visible light. IR wavelengths range from the nominal limit of the visible red component, about 0.7 micrometers or microns (frequency 430 THz), to 1 millimeter (300 GHz).
Far Infrared (FIR)

Properties of Far Infrared
Conventional heat sources work from the outside in (thermal effect) and lose their therapeutic effect as soon as they are removed/deactivated. Far Infrared, on the other hand, penetrates the skin and the insulating layers of fat, providing a sustained heat effect from the inside out!
The short distance between the user and the emitter results in a very efficient resonance absorption rate and even distribution.
